Service 1: Drop shipping

We welcome you to drop ship from us, by which will facilitate your business running and not stock the commodities, all you need to do is just upload the product to your online stores and promote your store and your product, communicate and service your customer, receive your order and then place order from us, we will act as your backend fulfillment center, at the same time you will not pay anything for our service. The package will not be printed any company information or LOGO of ours.

Based on our drop ship service, your online e-commerce business will be much easier than ever before. What if you don't want to deal with the headaches of goods shipment, warehousing and product returns. Then drop shipping is the answer. WESTINGAMES allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers with no extra charges.

Service 2: Customized your package & logo

We provide professional customized services products, customized services include:
1, packaging re-printing services;
2, the product surface LOGO custom screen printing and laser engraving (only LOGO printing);

Details as follows,
1, re-printing services, packaging, process as follows,

1) We provide you with the original packaging specification information (or the original packaging design drawings);
2) Your current packaging requirements under a new packaging design, and good new design drawings submitted to us;
3) We carry out feasibility assessments, with your agreement;
4) Arrangements for production;

2, the product surface LOGO on screen printing and laser engraving service (only LOGO), process as follows,

1) You provide a complete new LOGO design, and that LOGO printing position;
2) We carry out feasibility assessments, with your agreement;
3) Arrangements for production;

Service 3: Warranty service

We offer a warranty of 6 months on all our products except the original items. During this timeframe, all repairs for regular use of our material are free. If any question, please send e-mail to sales@westingames.cn.

For products D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival), a new unit will be shipped immediately after we receive the product back from you. In case the product is no longer in stock, you will have two choices: Either we reimburse you the product price, or we replace it when new stocks are available with a rebate on your next order. In case the product is perfectly working and was just mishandled by the client, a fee of 10% of the product price with a minimum of US$10 will be applied for handling and testing of the product.

For products under warranty, repairs will be generally completed within 2 weeks, but for some imported material, delays could be more important due to time necessary for the delivery of some parts. Information on the state of repairs will be available by email.

All products that were opened (seals are broken) will not be repaired and sent back to the customers.

All products that were clearly damaged by the client will be repaired at his/her own cost.
